David Alcántara is not only an accomplished guitar player, performer and instructor—he is also a craftsman who designs his own line of custom guitars. With teaching one-on-one lessons and classes, performing concerts, designing and selling guitars, managing all marketing for Guitarras David Alcántara and attending university, Alcántara juggles multiple roles. He promotes both his classes and instruments via self-managed campaigns of ads that click to WhatsApp, which often generate hundreds of leads who message him with questions about both sides of the business.

While Alcántara was thrilled to be generating so much interest, he eventually found himself overwhelmed by all the different customer conversations. He had to scale back his ad campaigns to minimize the number of messages.
